In recent years, the Government has actively encouraged owners to maintain their buildings by providing loans and subsidies to enhance owners' willingness to maintain their buildings through the Interest-Free Building Maintenance Loan Scheme, Building Maintenance Subsidy Scheme, Building Maintenance Scheme Support Scheme, and so on. However, in many cases, even if small owners are willing to apply, they are still unable to do so.
