Our company is primarily responsible for: wooden door and decoration projects, as well as floor panel projects.

The staff dormitory building - with a land area of approximately 1,100 square meters, 20 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, has a total construction area of about 20,000 square meters.

Construction anecdotes: The Australian teak ceiling, which had a long and arduous journey to be transported here, was skillfully painted white by our craftsmen on site to match the revised design color. The resulting overall effect is comfortable, beautiful, and harmonious (as shown below), yet we still reminisce about the original natural color of the teak, quietly contributing at the base! The rigorous engineering management and construction process saw countless revisions to the blueprints, from the layout of the pages to the font specifications, with both the main company and subcontractors demanding strict adherence to standards; daily on-site inspections for quantity, safety, and health to provide feedback. This project has greatly contributed to my personal growth. The main company has its perspective on the project, and the subcontractors have their own, each with their own focus and feelings, often revealing the true essence in the smallest details. The Hengqin staff dormitory project is certainly a work of quality! Cheers!
