Law No. 15/2021 "Legal Regime for Fire Safety in Buildings and Venues" will come into effect on August 17, 2022.
The Administrative Regulation No. 21/2022 on the Registration of the Business of Inspection, Maintenance and Repair of Fire Safety Systems and the Chief Executive's Directive No. 78/2022, formulated in accordance with the law, were published today (May 23) and will come into force on August 17, 2022.
To facilitate public viewing and understanding of the relevant content, the FSD has added the above administrative regulations and the Chief Executive's Instructions to the "Legal Regime for Fire Safety in Buildings and Venues" special webpage.
Administrative Regulation No. 21/2022 "Registration Specification for the Business of Inspection, Maintenance and Repair of Fire Safety Systems" and the Chief Executive's Directive No. 78/2022 can be accessed through the following website: https://www.fsm.gov.mo/cbFireSafety/law.aspx
